A smarter way to build your stand
Field is our modular exhibition system, designed to make exhibiting simpler, cleaner, and more sustainable.
Every structure is built from a considered kit of parts that can be reconfigured, reused, and tailored for each event. No wasteful rebuilds, no guesswork, just well designed components that work beautifully together.
Designed with you, not for you
Our stand packages are starting points, not fixed templates. Each one is shaped with your Field designer to match your brand, your products, and your event goals. Whether you need different layouts, AV, storage, or a full rebrand, the system adapts to you.
We take care of the details, so you can focus on the show.
FAQs
Exhibiting can raise a lot of practical questions, so we’ve gathered the ones we’re asked most often.
From timelines to hire options, this section covers how Field works and what to expect along the way.
You can also explore our Field Notes for real-world tips on planning, design, and making the most of your stand.
How long does it take to get a stand ready?
We can turn around stands in as little as two weeks, depending on the show and our build schedule.
To allow enough time for design development and revisions, we recommend starting around three months before your event.
This also helps secure your preferred installation slot, especially during our peak months of March–May and September–October.
What’s the process from start to show?
Our process is designed to keep things simple: Refine your layout and price → refine your graphic design → production → install → storage → install again.
Once your design is signed off, our team handles every detail through to the final build on site.
What’s included in the hire?
Every Field package includes graphics, furniture, lighting, and AV hire as standard.
You’ll also get full project management, transport, installation, and breakdown support from our experienced team.
Optional extras like demo areas, product shelving, or additional screens can be added to any layout.
Can I design my own graphics?
Yes. We have Illustrator artwork templates for every stand layout. If you’d like to experiment before committing to a design, just ask - we’re happy to share the templates.
If you’d prefer help with the creative side, our graphic designers can turn your ideas into production-ready artwork that makes your stand stand out.
Can I make my stand interactive?
Absolutely. We can help you add demo areas, product displays, touchscreens, or games to make your space more engaging. If you have something specific in mind, just let us know early so we can plan the setup and power requirements.
